Realize Brokers was founded in June 2020 by two young, local entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to provide a better service in an industry ripe for disruption. From startup to now, the brokerage has done 87 deals totaling over $48 Million in sales (and counting).

"The Broker" Nicholas "Nic" Ketter (28) grew up in Queensbury, NY and went to college at UAlbany, playing football there while earning his MBA degree. Nic subsequently was hired by GE Digital, working in Emerging Technologies before quitting his job in 2018 to chase a passion that he had for Real Estate and entrepreneurship.

"The Wizard" Spencer Bray (27) grew up in Glens Falls, NY and is a licensed private pilot and licensed real estate salesperson. Spencer worked at the Warren County Airport for six years in customer service while managing his own eBay reselling business. Spencer heads the coordination of front-end and back-end processes that fuel the agents of Realize Brokers.

Nic and Spencer teamed up and co-founded Realize Brokers with a vision of creating a brand more than themselves. A brand that clients and customers would be satisfied to work with and a brand that agents would be proud to work for.
